Mark as Useful receiving call 2 or 3 times a week with no message or if I pick up they hang up. Would like it to stop!

Mark as Useful The lady has an odd accent and when I asked her from what company she was calling, I could not understand her at all... she said the information was personal and that she needed to speak directly to my mother. The call begins with a recorded message to confirm that my mom is in fact who they are calling. Then it goes to the lady who does not identify herself at all.

Mark as Useful Called, no one on the line when I pick up. Called back, said "You have reached your limit for the day" and hung up. Weird!
